Estate Update – December 2025
Construction Phase: 8 Titles Office & Settlement
Celebrate this major milestone! This final step of the construction phase involves registering individual lots from each stage at the Titles Office, marking your block for settlement and allowing you to begin building your home.
Estimated Registration: December 2025
Good news! The developer has successfully achieved plan sealing from Ipswich City Council and has lodged to the Titles Office for registration. Accordingly, we are expecting registration before Christmas.
Now is a great time to check in with your broker to see if they require anything further from you to finalise your finance approval and prepare for settlement. Settlements will most likely occur in late-December or early-January.
What this means for you:
Finance preparations: If you’re arranging and finalising your finance, now is a good time to ensure your lender has all the required documentation and is ready to proceed once registration occurs.
Next steps for you: Keep an eye on updates from us over the coming weeks. Once registration is confirmed, we’ll provide information outlining any final actions you may need to take.
Construction Phases

Phase 1
Plans & Permits
This primary phase involves obtaining Council and Authority approval to confirm that physical works may commence on the site, commonly referred to as development approval.

Phase 2
Earthworks
This is when machinery is brought in to carry out civil preparations, shaping the site to meet the final design. This includes site scraping, grading the existing ground and constructing retaining walls if required.

Phase 3
Sewer & Drainage
The essential infrastructure of the future community is installed here, connecting every lot to sewer, waste and water systems.

Phase 4
Road Boxing & Kerb Construction
Here we see things really start to come together as the ground is prepared for the lower layers of road pavement, water mains are installed, and kerb and channel guttering are constructed.

Phase 5
Electrical & Telecom
In this phase, trenches are dug for electrical and telecommunications cabling, preparing for connections to power, phone and internet services.

Phase 6
Footpaths & Asphalt
During this phase, footpaths are constructed and topsoil is laid on the community’s nature strips. Significantly, roads also begin to take shape with the laying of asphalt.

Phase 7
Completion & Inspection of Works
Council and Service Authorities perform final inspections of constructed works, including roads and services. Final documentation is submitted to Council, enabling a Statement of Compliance for the development stage.

Phase 8
Titles Office & Settlement
Celebrate this major milestone! This final step of the construction phase involves registering individual lots from each stage at the Titles Office, marking your block for settlement and allowing you to begin building your home.
