James Fitzgerald has been educating Australians on how to invest in property safely for the past 14 years. With a portfolio of eight properties at just 34 y.o., you wouldn’t guess that he was once saddled with debts of more than $100,000. 

A lawyer and accountant by trade, James’s path took a turn for the better when he started working with his uncle, John Fitzgerald. John taught him how to work smarter, not harder, using a simple methodology that would stop him from stressing about money and gain absolute financial control. 

He was appointed as General Manager in 2018 and Managing Director in 2020. But it was his appointment as chairman of Toogoolawa Schools Ltd that really opened James’s eyes to how he could make a difference to the lives of those around him. 

The Ormeau school was founded by John Fitzgerald more than 30 years ago and has helped more than 2,000 boys who have had trouble remaining in mainstream schools. 

James is the author of Bulletproof Investing – gaining financial control in uncertain times.  

His mission is to educate others on how to do the same.
