It all started in 1981
It all started with a book “7 Steps to Wealth” – written by our CEO John Fitzgerald, who started in Real Estate on the Gold Coast in 1981. The book isn’t ‘get rich quick’ and it’s not rocket science. It uses plain language and real examples to show you how, by building wealth with a proven strategy you can create a life of opportunity and freedom with a secure and comfortable future.
A few years later John realised the book wasn’t enough, so he extended the learning into a seminar model – a true eye-opener and very popular event. In the process, the CUSTODIAN team was born: a combination of data experts and finance strategists ready to assist seminar attendees into taking that next step. In the last 25 years, the Custodian team have been assisting thousands of Australians with their mortgage reduction and portfolio growth.
We believe every Australian deserves to reach financial freedom at their earliest. Our mission is to help them reduce their debt securely to be able to enjoy life with peace of mind when it comes to their finances
