We want you to know exactly how this works. Here's what matters most.
Open to all Australian residents aged 18+ — except South Australian residents*, who are unfortunately ineligible by law. Your referral must be a genuine new client not previously known to Custodian. *South Australian residents are eligible for the $3,000 reward.
The programme runs 12 March – 4 November 2026. Both the referral introduction and the property settlement must occur within this window to qualify for the cash reward and draw entry.
Your cash reward is deposited directly into your nominated bank account after your referral's property settles. Settlement typically takes up to three months. We'll contact you for bank details when the time comes.
The major prize must be applied toward a Custodian property deposit within 12 months of the draw date. It can't be taken as cash, but if you can't use it, you may nominate one friend or family member to use it instead.
Every single referral who sits down us earns you one entry into the $60,000 draw. There's no cap. Refer ten friends and you have ten entries. We think that's only fair.
