Gift Card Promotion – Terms & Conditions

By participating in this promotion, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Promoter

The Promoter is JLF Corporation Pty Ltd ACN 010 231 222 trading as Custodian of 832 Southport-Nerang Rd, Nerang QLD 4211.

  1. Eligibility

This promotion is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over. An entrant must be an individual and not a company or organisation. Employees of, or contractors to, the Promoter or the immediate family of such people are ineligible for this promotion. Any attempt to take part in this promotion by such a person will be rejected.

  1. Promotion Period

The promotion begins at 6:45pm AEST the evening of the live webinar event (the “Event Date”) and closes at 11:59pm AEST on the Thursday of the same week.
The prize draw will take place on the Friday of the same week following the Event Date.

  1. How to Qualify

To go into the draw to win, participants must watch at least 45 minutes of the webinar, starting from the 15-minute mark (i.e., from 0:15 onward).
Attendance will be verified using webinar reporting tools.
Limit of one entry per person.

  1. Prize Details

  • Prize: $250 eGift Card. Total maximum value of $250.00 (inc. GST). Prize values are correct at the time of publishing and are subject to change without notice.

  • The winner will be selected at random and notified by phone on the Friday following the Event Date.

  • The winner will be asked to provide personal details such as first name, last name, email address, date of birth and address.

  • The gift card is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash or other goods or services.

  • To claim the prize, the winner must do so over the phone by confirming their email details previoulsy provided to the Promoter are correct. If the prize is not claimed within 7 days of notification, the winner will forfeit the prize and no substitute winner will be selected.

  1. Consent for Marketing

By accepting the prize, the winner consents to having their first name and the first letter of their surname published for promotional purposes, including (but not limited to) Custodian’s social media channels, emails and other marketing materials.

  1. Verification

The promoter reserves the right to verify participant eligibility and disqualify any entrant found to be in breach of these terms.

  1. Privacy

Any personal information collected will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and may be used for promotional or marketing purposes related to this campaign.

  1. General

  • The gift card is not a physical card and the Promoter will issue the gift card digitally via the email address provided and confirmed by the winner

  • The promoter is not responsible for lost, stolen or expired gift cards once issued.

  • The promoter may cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion at any time without prior notice.

  • This promotion is offered in good faith and is not to give rise to any legal dispute and is binding in honour only. In the case of a dispute or challenge, the Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Acceptance of prize indemnifies the Promoter, it employess and agents of any responsibility.

  1. Liability

The Promoter and its respective related bodies corporate, officers, employees and agents will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with this Promotion, the promotion of this Promotion or the use of the prize, except for any liabillity that cannot be excluded by law.
